Manifold question

Hey all,
Im in the planning stages of a new build and im planning on using a reactor manifold to run my biopellet carbon and GFO. I have a mag 7 and a mag 12 as pump options. For the return pump i was planning on using a mag 3 going through my chiller and up over the back. What diameter pipe should i use for the reactor? Should i run the chiller off the reactor instead of the return? I was thinking of going with the mag7 and using 1.5 in diameter pvc. Thoughts on this.

Well if you are adding the chiller to the manifold, I would use the Mag 12. The pipe size looks good and will give you the best flow.

Depending on your tank size, you could use the 12 to also provide the flow to the return of your tank. The purpose of the manifold is to reduce the amount of pumps, so the bigger the better.
