I just bought a used 120 gallon tank, and it came with a home built refugium built out of a 40 gallon breeder.
The plumbing was pretty much cut off at the bulk heads, so I have some freedom as to how I do it. I have never set one up before, so any tips would be great!
Such as I was told I might want to put a ball valve in line for the returns, but not the overflows?
I would also like to know how best to make sure it remains as quiet as possible.
