macros that grow under NO

I presume N0 means normal output such as the standard flourescent t8 tubes.

What kind of macros can be succesfully grown under this light, enough to reduce nitrates and other unwanted nutrients.

Most macro's can no problem.
Depends a little on how many you add over the refugium. A single 20w over a 20 gal refugium is wimpy, adding say 40-80 watts would do better generally.
