I have a 70 gallon corner aquarium with 20 gallon sump. I have a Rio 3100 return pump and an MP10, about 2100gph max. Do I need to upgrade my flow? Should I get an mp40 or just get another mp10?

This is for sps (sps forum).
Anyone?

I would keep the mp10 and add another mp40. 1-mp10 won't be enough for sps tanks

I'll start out with the beginner stuff and work my way up if I'm successful.

You could order a third static pump, say a Tunze, to relieve some pressure off of the two MP10s you will be running. Corner tanks are sometimes harder to pattern with flow than others.
Good luck.

I bet the 2 mp10s you have will be fine.
