So the time has come to upgrade the display tank at the store and was going over lighting today and im torn, being a dsiplay tank do we go all out and use the mitras or go tried and true with halides. Its a little deeper, new tank demensions are 88 X 32 X 34. Previous display used the radions and could also go that route with the radion pro on this tank.

i dont know anything about your store but it seems like radions would be nice. led vs. halides right now is really about future vs. past. its always good to be progressive. I recommend the LED's because it seems like you are having success with the ones you already have. in terms of efficiency, bulb replacement costs, and customization, LED's win on paper every time. So if you are confident they can make your corals look good, there is nothing to lose except for the initial cost.

I say go Mitras without a doubt. You wont regret it I'm sure..... and we gotta see some pics :)
