View Full Version : Need Help with Apex!!!!!

Today I updated to the new firmware and my apex just shut down. I have no way to get into it to try to go back to the last update. Display is blank and I cant get in through the internet. Everything is shut down. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

This has happened to me on several occasions.
Try this, plug in your computer/laptop directly into the router that your Apex is wired/connected to. Run the Apex updater again and hopefully that will do it. Make sure to update the webpages after firmware update too. Your Apex should turn back on with new firmware.

I tried it and it still says "the host name or IP address is invalid" and keeps timing out. I even tried what neptune says to do in their manual. Unplug, run the flash utility then plug the base back in and it still doesnt find it. The light on my eb8 and the base are blinking yellow. Thanks for the response Geokiris.

I figured it out. I went on the neptune forum on their website and I came across a thread with the same problem and it worked.
