Ecotech mp40 question

I plan on getting one of these for my75. My question is do these cause a lot of stress on the seams of the tank? I dont know if i should grt a new tank for it or use the old one i have

if you're using it in short pulse mode to create a standing wave, it can stress the seams. That's not saying that it's going to split your tank, but if you have an older tank I'd probably avoid the short pulse mode.
