Sgt has a hitchhiker clam on a frag of Zoa's. I think it looks like a type of Tridacna but with it being so small and half covered in Zoa's its hard to ID properly. Just want to get others opinions. Is there another species that looks like the Tridacna's?

Looks like a Squamosa, I have a small one that climded up on a rock and that is where it is today, Let it sit where it is. If it is not happy it will move. Good luck with it.

The poly will sting and cover it. As small as it is, it really need to be in optimal position. I would remove it and leave it in the open. Small clams like that when you see it is unhappy, it reach the point of no return and will die. You don't have the margin of error in small clams

Very nice find! From the pictures it could imo also be a Hyotissa species (or a close relative). But I guess we'll know better once it has grown a bit more.
