Switching Salts

I'm thinking about swithing from Red Sea Coral Pro to Reed Crystals. If I decide to do it, should I do several small water changes or a couple of large ones?

Its not like you need to get out all the old salt mix now, just gradually replace it with your new salt mix with your regular water changes
