white worms on live rock

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me out ,i have worms on my live rock are they good or bad they dont seam to bother anything just wondering about them there in a 29 gal with 2 clowns and 1 blue star fish

Harmless little featherdusters. Nothing to worry about. I'm guessing when you say worms that is what you mean.

That'd be my guess as well.

maybe but they sure dont look like any feather dusters i ever seen these look like small meal grubs only not quite as fat they dont do anything just craw around on the rock ,thanks for the info

Hmm, a picture might help but they might be amphipods or copepods. Google will turn up some pictures.
