Hey, do any of you guys know how to setup a culture using the micro algae disk from florida aqua farms, so far I have let some culture water sit in the petri dish over night, now what?
It says rub of cells and pour into culture tank, do I put the cells in the culture tank or do I pour all of the remainder liquid from the petri dish in the culture tank, and throw out the cotton swap with the cells on it?
