Definitely. Both pics are of a mini-brittle starfish leg. A very common hitch hiker, and a good member of a tank clean up crew (CUC).

I have a 16+" brittle and at least 5 small ones in my tank. +1 on the brittle

I have about 50-100 mini brittle's in my tank and three large ones.

Deff brittle starfish.

Looks more like a serpent starfish to me. I have a few small ones and a harlequin serpent with a quarter sized body and probably 7-8 in diameter.
