Large Tank Sell Off- livestock/live rock

I am going to be moving into a new house and my reef will not be coming with me. Its a 240 gallon system. I am going to be getting rid of coral and liverock first. Followed by fish and equipment. For coral, I mostly have LPS and some soft. I am lockated in Urbana

-Getting these fish out will be towards the end when i have most coral/LR out so they will be catchable

I'll sell my liverock for approximately $2/lb. Some of it has polyps and green star polyps on it. Various sizes with pretty good coloring. I estimate I have about 200 lbs. Volume discounts are available on LR

The substrate will be available toward the end. it is Caribsea special grade reef sand. There is about 200-250 lbs of it. Asking $.50/lb.

All prices are OBO. This is a huge system with alot of livestock. I'm trying to get this started. I will be listing more soon. The tank itself is a 240 gal acrylic with overflows on the each end. Once i get livestock out of the tank I will begin listing equipment.
