Replacing my filters for my 4 stage brs, was wanting to get upgrades for it and didn't know whether to get the 150 Gpd upgrade or the dual di upgrade, my unit makes water super slow and wipes out my d.i cartridge super fast

What's your water pressure like? What about incoming TDS? I'd try to diagnose what's wrong before throwing parts at it.

You will likely need a booster pump if your city water pressure isn't high to run a 150 GPD system efficiently (if it is under 40 PSI you should get a booster even for a 75 GPD unit). The duel stage DI upgrade will not use less DI resin, but will allow you to go longer between resin changes. You may have better luck if you use a high grade chloramine filter before the RO filter and be sure to flush the RO filter frequently.

Incoming tds is 274 outgoing is 2 tds after 2 months of using brand new filters

And I don't have the pressure gauge

Is that 2tds out of the RO membrane or out of the DI resin? If you only have 2tds going into your DI resin, it should last quite a while.

coming out of my di resin, our water here eats the di resin filters away

What's the TDS coming out of the RO membrane? Neither the 150gpd upgrade nor another resin container will decrease the amount of resin you use, the 150gpd upgrade will actually use a little more as the water coming out is slightly lower quality than 1 membrane, it just works twice as fast.

I suggest getting a pressure gauge to see what you are working with. If the pressure is low before the filters, a booster pump would be helpful. If the pressure is significantly lower after the prefilters, they are dirty and need changed.

Im not sure on the tds out of the ro membrane, i just have my meter hooked up going into the unit and coming out of the di

Well if it's anything like my TDS meter, it would only take a moment too move the probe. A TDS reading coming out of the membrane would be helpful for figuring out why your resin gets used to quickly.

tds out of the ro membrane is 5

Well that's not bad at all. You shouldn't be eating through di resin with that number. Have you looked into tds creep? When you first turn on your rodi it pots out really high tds for a minute until it reaches normal numbers. During this time I disconnect the input to my di canister. Should help if you aren't doing it already. Id keep the tds meter in the position after the ro. That info is more important than incoming water readings from the trap.
