Im just wondering what kind of flow my Tunze 6045 (1200gph) will provide in a 4' tank. It is currently in my 3' tank (soon to be sump) and has decent flow after going the entire 3 feet but Im not sure how it will be in the 4'. I am ordering a 4x2.5x18" tall very soon and am wondering if I should get 2 more of the 6045's and have 3 total or get 2 of the 6065's (1700gph) and use those for the flow. I am only keeping bta's, softies, lps, probably going bare bottom so I dont want to blast these guys with too much flow. I plan on having 2 main rock structures, one at each end, one on left, the other on the right. If I have the 6045's they would probably point at the rock structure closest to it, the 6065's would probably point at the structure across the tank. What do you guys think?
