PH prob calibration, finish step, screen does nothing when finish is selected

Ok, I'm in process of calibrating new pH probe via the web program. After I did the 7.0 cal, and i pressed next it went to the 10.0 screen. Put probe in 10.0 solution, waited for it to settle, then pressed finish but screen just stays on the screen, it doesn't clear or say done, etc. Is this normal and is the cal finished as soon as I press "Finish". I had to X out of the screen to close it. Something isn't right cause ph is reading 7.0 on the meter.

Orp probe is next, anyone know if it can be cal'd with just 400mv solution, or with 7/10.0/qh, I don't have any 4.0. tks

On my apex I have to calibrate from the apex itself, not on my computer.

I always calibrate from the display.
