I am trying to get the Apex to work with my Apple network. Can anyone direct me where to look or who to call?

Have you looked in the New User's Guide? If so, what specifically are you needing help with?

I have read the manuals that are out and I am having trouble with getting remote acces with the Apex when not on my network.

So I'm assuming you can access your Apex just fine from within your local network?

Are you trying to access it using an app? Or your browser? Are you using a dyndns-type address, or using a static IP? What type of error message are you getting?

I have a pretty long thread on TCMAS where I assisted an Apple user in getting outside connectivity here. (http://www.tcmas.org/v4/forums/showthread.php?49300-Apex-Programming-Help&highlight=apex+navychief52) It's free to join and a little easier than replicating it again
