How much Vodka

I started dosing Vodka about four weeks ago. I started at .2 and am up to 1.0 with no results. I have a 38 gallon reef tank with 4 small fish and lots of corals and have been havinng nitrate problems. I can get it to 10 with large 35 percent water change and in 2 weeks it is over 40. I would like to know how high I should expect to go with the Vodka on a 38 gallon tank. I have searched Vodka and printed out some of the charts but I have not seen what kind of dosing to expect. After creeping up dosing for a month I am getting a little frustrated.

Keep bumping up the dosage until you notice nitrate levels starting to drop.
