Another tank-new apex or just another EB8?

I'm setting up a 60 cube that is 15 feet from my 240 display. I'd love to have my apex control this tank as well. Do I just need another EB8, and maybe a PM1?What should I use for a long connector cable? I'd hate to buy another apex but wil if that is the best option. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can use a 15' USB Type A Male-Female extender cable. You can pick one up at almost any computer store, Bestbuy, or even Walmart.

A PM1 with temp and pH probe + an EB8 and you are good to go.

I added a 50 gallon frag tank to my system and the Apex gives me plenty of flexibility to manage the frag tank just like it is on separate Apex system.

Awesome news, and just what I was hoping to hear. The apex is the best piece of equipment I've ever purchased. I wouldnt want to run a tank without it. Thanks for the info.
