One of my first posts on Reef Central I told you guy's that my reef aquarium wasn't looking all that good and I wasn't exactly sure how to "start off fresh" or at least improve what I was doing. My parameters weren't in great conditions.. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2269328

pH: 7.8
Salinity: 1.022
Ammonia: 0
Nitrates: 40mg/l
Nitrites: 0
Temperature: 78 F

I don't have a master test kit so I couldn't tell and still cant tell what my Calcium, Alk., Magnesium, and potassium levels are. (Bringing my current water to LFS sometime this week to get those tested)

However, this is my tank now with the listed parameters below. Life is thriving a lot happier than ever before and are continuing to grow. I'm now using a Hydor Slim Skimmer, along with two Hydor Nano Koralia's, and also a DIY AquaClear 300 Fuge, (friend took back picotope light so I'm in the process of waiting for a new one in the mail). Compared to the before picture which had no coraline growing at all, now has Coraline algae growing at a nice steady pace on the rocks, but half will soon be replaced as I have 17 pounds from www.GulfLiveRock.com downstairs in a 10g being cured. Brand new light bulbs have also been installed.

pH: 8.0 or about 8.2?
Salinity: 1.023 (need to raise that a little bit more to 1.025)
Ammonia: 0
Nitrates: 10mg/l
Nitrites: 0
Temperature: 80 F

Ive been dosing my tank with half cap of PurpleUp every other day, AquaVitro Fuel, 2/3 cap every 4-5 days, and Recently 1 drop of Lugols Iodine per week.

ALSO: The BTA is in both pictures, however it located itself behind all that mess, and when I found him I thought for sure he wasnt going to make it. Was almost completely bleached, basically falling apart. But I gave him a chance and look at him now!!
