Just love how the yellow clown goby loves to host the purple acro frag and 'overwatches' while the red flamehawk just decides to stroll about.

My areas power supply has been cut and is going to stay out for the next 8 hours, oh my god!!!

I really hope my sps es will survive this all,
I've added battery powered pumps, your think its sufficient? Very worried now :(

Nice transition, fw planted tank was incredible, your aquascape looks very much like your fw tank, maybe a little lower on rt, good luck w pwr outage, battery pwr pumps should be fine, could you add a small pwr head ran off a ups, or stir the water by hand every half/hour. good luck.

I think you should be fine if it's only for 8 hours. The main two things to keep going would be water circulation and heat. Try to keep the temp as close to what it was as possible and keep some water moving and everything should be fine.

If you don't mind me asking, in that planted tank, what kind of rocks are those, or are they rocks? That tank is beautiful (as is the reef of course :) )

Hey there, the thing is, Im from a tropical climate, 27-35C all year long LOL, instead of heaters, reefers here spend on chillers...

Oh those rocks? Im not sure if they even have a name, i just went HEY these look nice, ;P

Thanksfully, most of the reef is fine, power's back now, just one confirmed casualty, my purple dotty. ;( :(
