In a nano YES! May cause it to recycle. Once these guys are set up it is a little risky to re-arrange. I would remove any moving livestrock to a QT or other tank, and hope for the best for any stony corals. Soft corals are usually OK. It all depends on how clean yourt tank is. Dirty substrate means it will release unwanted Nitrates, PO4 and possibly more toxic Sulpher into the water.

So best is just to leave it alone ? What u recommend doing about cleaning sand ? There's a little debris here and there

if all you have is 2 clowns you will be fine, plus this is a new setup anyway so it's not really established anyway...and your sand bed still should be clean as it's only 2 mos old....

Go ahead and rearrange
