It's a Pericelis sp. flatworm. They can eat clams and corals, so I would remove it/place it in a refugium or other tank to be on the safe side.

Yes, a species of polyclad flatworm. They also eat snails.

How do I get it out of my tank any idea?

You could try making a trap for it out of a soda bottle and bait it.

The best way to remove it is to try to remove the rock it lives in from your system, and put it in a bucket of your tank water. You can use an air pump and air line to flush it out of its cave. Trying to tweeze them out of the tank is hard because their bodies are very soft and come apart easily.

Stayed up all night waiting for it never saw it come out so I made a trap with soda bottle and put a snail in it. We will see when I get home.

I would try a frozen clam or shrimp as bait. Good luck!

Can't you just suck it out with a turkey baster or siphon next time you see it?

Just make sure you get the whole animal, they are very good at regenerating from pieces.

I have only seen it one time and it must have been in there from day 1. I dip all corals and put in quarantine tank for 2 to 3 weeks before putting into main tank. Is that possible or do you think it was a hitchhiker?

I put a piece of clam as bait in the soda bottle. Lets wait and see what I get.

Oh, heck no! If you know what rock he is in, I would take that thing out at any cost!
