No, I think you are going to have issues with the clowns accepting another fish into an already crowded tank. Try a skunk (cleaner) shrimp.

I think just a pair of clowns are crowded in such a small tank. If/when these clowns form a bonded pair, they won't tolerate any other fish in the tank. mated clowns are extremely territorial. LA suggests a 30 gal minimum for a SINGLE percula. I can't imagine keeping a grown pair of these fish in a 10 gal tank. Yeah, its done all the time; but these fish can easily reach close to 3". Read what LA says about these fish, they are vnot as bulletproof as many folks think. http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+27+142&pcatid=142

I have a 75 G that I'm setting up . They are small at the moment and will switch them out once my 75 is cycled ( 3 weeks or so )

You definitely can't add any fish while the clowns are in there. If you plan on keeping the 10g up after the clowns are in the 75, a goby/pistol pair would work in there.
