Sure hope I can get some answers in here...

How can I remedy this

PH 8.2
Amm 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate >5

1.025

Tank was cycled for 4.5 weeks with live sand, live rock. Went through the diatom phase, that cleared up.

Added a few frag corals/asterea snails and this is what it looks like now

to early for corals. Have you tested you PO4 the rock could be leaching it. The way ro beat algae is reduce nutrients they are higher than you think or test show because the algae is using it up. New tanks can go through several blooms.

I was thinking Dino also. They are a *****. Read This thread (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1962886) Just jump to the back. The main thing that seems to work is a dark tank for 5 days.
