A slug of some sort I think, but I know little about these guys;

Could be some kind of nudibranch or a flat worm. Tough to really tell in those photos. Can you google image those two things and see if anything matches?

I don't believe its a flatworm. I have googled at least monti nudis and know its not one of those. It looks more like a slug than a nudibranch but again my knowledge is lacking here. I can't find anything exactly like it but I'm still searching.

Yeah I was just searching that. I can't find anything like it but that may be just because its so small. Honestly I just want to know if its good or bad. Thanks!

Took your advice. While we can't I'd it specifically due to the poor pics Leslie has an idea what it is. Seems it might be a soft coral mucher so its going away.
