Both are Basslets and while from different geographic regions, share a similiar body shape. Therefore, this is a good chance of aggression between the two if housed in too small of a tank.

My best guess is it would be hit or miss. Many experienced reef keepers would tell you you should not keep more than one basslet in a tank of any size. That said, many moons ago, on my honeymoon in Jamaica, I came across a patch of reef that had literally hundreds of Royal Grammas all hoving around a relatively small area.
IMO, for the sake of the fish, I wouldn't risk keeping two basslets in a 75 gallon.
WOrld war III, I fear. One is enough. Go for a colorful damsel.

This. Although a Royal Gramma may only occupy a small section of a 75 gallon tank, a Fridmani will take the entire tank, and won't let the RG stay.

The will get along, once one is dead. It's a toss up as to which will be dead first, BUT one WILL die.
