This morning, I just found this(pictures) on front left side of my tank ...

Is it some kind of bad sign ?
It is been set up for only a week ...

Snail eggs? Sand? Is it outside or inside the glass?

It look like between the class & black silicone ...

Currently, There is nothing but rock & water inside of tank .

Its been set up for only a week ... defected tank ?

That looks like sand to me. Did you water test the tank before doing your full setup? If it is new, you may want to exchange it. If sand can get between the silicone and glass, that only means disaster for the structure of the tank.

It looks like the beginnings of seal failure, if that's water working its way in there. Talk to your store. They may owe you a new tank.

I do not have send in the tank ...
Currently, there is no water leakage or something but it looks like something is happenng
with silicone ....

Bubbles in the silicone from a poor sealing job. How far down the tank does that go?

That's not right. That should be a good, even seal with no air space, nothing like that visible. you apparently have 3 healthy good seams and one that's going to give way on you, I much fear.
