I have a frag of frogskin that was yellow-green when I placed it in my tank. After a month or two it has slowly become whitish, which I know is an ominous sign. I placed it fairly low on the rock work. I don't know much about this coral so is it not getting enough light or too much light? I'm thinking it's not getting enough but was curious if anyone else on here has cared for this type of coral. Thanks!

I have never had a frogskin acro. Here is a link to a thread in RC.

Here is what ORA says

Description: The ORA Frogskin Acro is a stocky branched coral having extremely bumpy texture and colors that vary from yellowish to bright green with shades of purple depending on lighting conditions. The corallites are rotund and tubular and some of the polyps have a slightly blue hue. The spectacular mature colony shape is what makes this coral so unique. As it grows, branches fuse together making solid plates and a solid inner core from which the branches extend.
Placement: All Levels
Lighting: Medium – High
Flow: Moderate – Strong

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply Shaun! I'll try to move it towards a spot with better flow and possibly lower.
