I have a DIY led fixture that I was hooking, while trimming the wires too hook it up somehow a small piece if wire fell in tank. I noticed it a few days later. Is the copper gonna beach out of wire? Should I be concerned?

Yes you should be concerned. You need to get that out. Don't take chances with metals and reef tanks. Trim you wires away from the tank or cover it. It takes about 20mg of copper to take down a 100gallon tank. That's a teensy tiny piece of wire.
