So I have heard that there is something called a Mini carpet Nem, not a Maxi-Mini but a legit Mini Carpet Nem gets nay about 1.5 inches across anyone heard of this?

They are both identified as stichodactyla tapetum. The main differences between the two are: size and how frequently they reproduce. The smaller "mini carpets" reproduce frequently and only get to be roughly 2 in. in diameter. While on the other hand the "maxi-minis" can get to be roughly 5 to 8 inches and generally do not a-sexually reproduce.

You can also get them on eBay for about $50+ if you're determined. There's another one, green and purple, same size and splitting tendency, but less pretty.

The red ones are pretty common on ebay. The others are not very common anymore, but sometimes show up on ebay or the For Sale Forum here. You will have access to the For Sale Forum after 90 days and 50 meaningful posts on RC.

it helps if you have your location listed, then people can point you to a local source. here in the sf bay area, the mini carpets are pretty common.

I hope it's okay to post this link to a 'show off' thread for these guys. Several of us have a nano tank setup for these anemones. They are really awesome and some can be SO colorful.
