Last week I received the Ocean Reef +1 5 stage RO/DI unit from The Filter Guys. This unit was a breeze to hook up. My PSI is low around 40 and I called Jim up around 7pm EST and we talked about getting a booster pump for better efficiency and longer filter life. Right now my TDS going into the unit is 160ppm and coming out 000ppm!! This filter is great if anybody is looking to purchase one. The packaging was top notch. I love having foam peanuts everywhere, because it reinsures me how much care the sender has in the product. The Filter Guys customer service is by far the best. I called other companies to ask about the units they are selling and I have yet to hear back from two companies. Oh well their loss and my gain!
