I have heard that BRS Pukani rock has PO4 issues. I just ordered my rock from reefrocks.net and got free sand with the order. 40lbs of sand for every 25lbs of rock for free. The rock I received was amazing as well

I got 40 pounds of reefsaver and 30 lbs of pukani. The pukani takes up about 2.5-3 times as much space.

I squeezed 40# of pukani into a 60G cube and it filled my tank quite well with rubble left for the sump.

I am building a 160 gallon. I order 100lbs and will had another 40lbs of live rock from my current tank. There are a lot of good threads on Pukani rock and the P04. The key is to make sure you give it enough time to cure. I soaked my Pukani for 1 week in plain RODI, the next week in a water/vinegar mixture. I then took it out, sprayed it down really good, and now have it curing in saltwater. I have a new skimmer, so I am letting that run, along with a powerhead for movement. I will run this for another 4 weeks (tank doesn't get here for 4 weeks). I am hopeful, based on a bunch of threads that I have read, that the PO4 should be done leaching by then. I will start testing this weekend.

I bought 110lbs of the BRS Pukani for by 190 with the same dimensions as yours. I ended up only using about 80lbs to get a pair of islands. Any more then that it started to look crowded to my eyes.
