need outlog.xml sample output

I am updating my software to work with the latest apex iphone app and need some help.

can someone post a sample output for
/cgi-bin/outlog.xml


also if its not too much trouble, if you can capture (via wireshark or tcpdump) the request response for http post when sending outlet on/off/auto command, clock sync, and outlet programming

for example, outlet control sends
POST /status.sht
with data
Update=Update&HTR_state=0
I need to know the response.

Any help appreciated.
