It seems that my Antennarius striatus has formed an abrasion on his chin all what resembling a pimple, from what I've read this commonly happens when a fish scrapes his chin on the transport bag from a lfs, I will be setting up a quarantine tank for him possibly 5-10 gallons and am curious as to what treatment I should use as I've never really had to deal with this problem, thank you.

It does indeed sound like "bag rub", which unless it's infected typically heals up on its own. Be on the lookout for redness in the affected area, and keep the water clean at this point.

I wouldn't treat unless you know the "rub" is infected, which generally is not the case.

Uploaded the link of my angler's chin hope its clear enough I also noticed he has formed a small abrasive scratch right next to the pimple resembling a stitched up scar.

Looks like it will heal up fine to me. Watch for signs of infection (redness) and keep its water quality up, as mentioned. If you can get some beta glucan into the fish (stuffing silversides is a good way), that will help boost its immune system.
