Quiet down sicce 4.0

I was wondering about any tricks or something to accomplish this. I was thinking putting something under it in the sump to suppress the sound of it.

What's a safe material to put inter the pump. What kind of styrofoam would work, to me that seems like it would work but who knows

is it a sicce syncra 4? mine is extremely quiet and can barely hear it. At one point it was making a lot of noise, but that was because the return line was leaning against the wall of the sump. I moved it a bit so the return hose wasn't touching anything and now you honestly can't hear it over the sound from the water coming down the overflow. Might want to check that.
