The ebay guy, aquaticpharmacy, ships from Anderson Island, Washington via standard USPS First Class. Doubt he would have it as soon as he needs it. Looks like DFS wants a prescription to order.

I purchased from the ebay guy and he ships promptly and everything is legit.
