LPS brain lost some flesh....

I have a nice orange wellsophyllia brain. Been doing great for a while. Did some rearranging and something must have stung it bad. The brain is about 5" across and it has a section about a .25 cent piece where the skin have come off. I put it in a small frag tank so hopefully no crabs or fish can pick at it. Anything else to do to help it.....

Or just wait? Can it recover? Can it be fragged if necessary to stop flesh loss?

I would guess lower flow as well. I know both of mine like to be in low flow. Having to much can cause some of the tissue to tear.

also when you pick it up dont pinch the sides as their skin is soft and their is sharp skeleton underneath and if you put pressure on the sides it can tear the skin, so always pick it up from the bottom.

can this guy be fragged somehow to stop the flesh receding lifting?
