Anyone seen this before?

It looks sort of like a JBJ Viper but with some sort of lamp shade head. 400 watts for this cheap seems like a good deal but I'd be a little worried of fire or if it's actually 400 watts?

The bulbs are Vertical orientation bulbs and most of the common bulbs we use are Horizontal orientation bulbs. It may or may not be a problem, some bulbs are Universal Position but IIRC most of our aquarium bulbs are Horizontal. The size of the reflector can be problematic because it will not spread very well unless you raise it much higher than you will be able to with the arm.

I've been looking for a MH to spotlight the center bottom of my tank that has clams... I ended up just going with fishneedit 250 watt halides in 20k (I heard their 20k is really a 14k).
