Is it crazy for me to put a Male or Female Wantanabe Angel (Genicanthus watanabei) in the same tank as my Female Blackspot angelfish (Genicanthus melanospilos).

My buddy is giving me all his livestock before he leaves for London and I've been trying to steal his Wantanabe for months!

Thanks in Advance!

300 72x36x27. A little less than 400 gallons total water volume. I have a female blackspot in there now that's as good of a citizen as I've ever seen :)

Should be fine. I had a watanabe and a trio of melanospilos together for over a year....

IME, the biggest Genicanthus will probably end up the male, even if 1 is already a male, I've had multiple Geni s , have multiple sex changes back and forth

I currently have 1M Zebra with 2f, and a pair of Bellus... with 5 other angels
