When I first started my reef tank and didn't know any better, I was using this
pump to pump mixed sea water from the basement for water changes. After a
couple of months of reading on here, I wasn't sure if this pump would be reef
safe so I moved the mixing station upstairs and lo longer used it. I didn't have any problems. Question is can I use this pump as a backup sump pump?
