my valve for my CaRx seems to increase my effluent from 50-53ml to 70 ml every 2 months or so. Does anyone know of a needle valve that is precise and consistent? Granted i would clean it out with pressurized water and vinegar every month to keep it clear.

Switch to a peristaltic pump and you will not have any worries about the effluent rate changing.

yeah I thought about that but I don’t want the additional expense though

You can do it on a budget, you don't have to drop 500 bucks for one.

I ordered a needle valve from aquacave. I haven't had any problems in a year of using it.
