40b sps tank

New to this site so figured id post my tank up. Started the tank last december, drilled the tank myself had to customize the stand to fit the sump. Its got a gl*******s overflow kit, reef octopus skimmer, ato unit, vortech mp10, leds from rapid led, apex unit with an energy bar and a vdm unit running the tank, and the canopy i custom made also. Started off with mostly dry rock and dry sand. Fish and a few corals were transfered from my 75 gallon.

Just started mixing kalk in my ato and 2 weeks in im already seeing better coloration. Im also needing to get the nems out of there, they are taking up too much real estate

guess I should get the ph unit for my apex instead of trusting my ph pen. since I started dosing kalk about a month ago ive been keeping an eye on ph and ive noticed its been slowly rising, well I ust tested it tonite and it read 9.2 so I started really worrying but I remembered I haven't calibrated my pen in a while and I calibrated it, boy was it way off. needless to say after calibration ph read just fine at 8.2
