Which mushroom is this?

I'm guessing this is a mushroom...does anyone know the exact name?

Looks like a fuzzy of some sort. Should develop into a pretty shroom. Be a little cautious with the fuzzies that get very large: elephant ear mushrooms when they grow very big can trap and kill fish. But this probably isn't. Elephant ears tend to be brown.
