0.06 phosphates too high?

It won't upset them in my tank but gets some brown film on the glass every few days...

under 0.05 is ideal but 0.06 will not hurt anything. i have run tanks with 0.1 with no ill effects. also 0.06 can be lower or higher due to testing error window of the tester.

It won't hurt sps , ime. It's marginal in terms of nuisance algae and cyano control. I prefer .03 or less for my mixed reef but did run for a long time at .06 as best as I can measure it.
