Return pump

So I was in the gathering stage of setting up a 75 gallon reef tank. Got the tank, lights, return pump, sump/fuge and stand. After thinking about it I'd much rather go with a 120. Would my mag 9.5 be good enough for the 120? The tank will have a single overflow/ return and have about 4 feet of head pressure. Not sure if this matters but my sump is a modded 40 breeder.

What's your skimmer rated for? I like to keep return and skimmer gph about the same.

Well I haven't finalized my decision on a skimmer yet but would like to not exceed $250 for now. What skimmer do you think would compliment the return gph?

The mag will do the job as far as volume but the noise may be an issue depending on the location of the tank. There are more quiet pumps available.
