hanna phosphate checker wont turn on

it wont power on changed the battery swapped out the bottom cover any ideas has this happened to anyone else

Are you sure you put in the battery in the correct direction? If not, then your best bet might to be getting an RMA from Hanna and sending it back. They replaced one of mine when the cap snapped off. They had really good customer support.
