Saw this one today and not sure if it's a different coloration or just unhealthy, anyone have any ideas?

looks to be part of the bristletooth family.

Left fish in first shot looks like a pale Kole / yellow eye tang.

Both look like genus Ctenochaetus.

Based on the horizontal stripes on the body barely visible in some pics, I'd say it's a pale juvenile Orange Stripe Bristletooth Tang (Ctenochaetus cf. striatus)
