I need the following functions:

-Wifi
-pH
-Temps
-Salinity
-Auto Top Off

For lights I am using Reef Breeders Photon 48 with built in controller so I don't need light controller. My powerheads are Jebao WP40s x 2

Which one will suffice my needs?

How does it compare to the APEX or Reefkeeper? Looks like about half the price.

Im partial to Apex but in all honesty, the search feature is your friend. You will get much more information immediately as this subject has been beat to death.
Here is one good search for you on the subject:

RA is a great controller but don't be deceived by the price. You said you want salinity and wifi, so $219 or $239 + $109 (wifi) + $149 (salinity)= $477 or $497. It is cheaper than the APEX but not half.
The full apex comes with 2 ph ports, one of them can be ORP. The RA requires an extra module for ORP at $119 or if you need another ph port is $109, this might not be something you need (or at least right now) but should be mentioned.

Both are great controllers that can achieve the same purposes. They both require to understand how to program them; the RA has little more "complexity" when programing (nothing to be afraid of) but there is tons of support and How-To guides.

The ReefKeeper does not even have salinity at this point, they have been working on correcting an issue with the SL2 module for a good couple of years.

The Neptune or ReefAngel are your best bet. If you have a few more bcuks in your budget, Profilux is great as well. My personal preference is the Apex.
