I used a store credit on this media today but read some mIxed reviews when I did a search. Any new info on this stuff?

From what I can tell, it's a GFO product or maybe a resin. It probably will adsorb phosphate. I doubt it does anything for nitrite or nitrate.

You think it's safe to use? I was going to mix it with carbon.

Phosphate is what I need it for.

Thanks. I burned through 2 bags of CPE in about 8 weeks. No lfs has gfo in stock right now. We'll see what happens.

ITs safe to use but it sucks pretty bad. I noticed no change with PO4 when I used as an experiment with 100g in the beginning. The more conventional stuff is much better. Just my two cents.
